3. Delivery

3.1. Due to our on-demand production process, delivery times may be slightly longer than for traditional mass-produced items.

3.2. We depend on external delivery partners and strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process, and a tracking code will be delivered to you.

3.3. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or shipping carrier delays.

4. Shipping

4.1. Carcoholic currently offers shipping within the specified regions and countries mentioned on our website.

4.2. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

5.3. To be eligible for a refund or replacement due to factory error, the product must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.

5.4. Carcoholic reserves the right to determine whether a product is eligible for a refund or replacement based on the factory error assessment.
